Da unsere Produkte individuell nach Kundenspezifikation gefertigt werden, besteht kein Widerrufsrecht.

Kein Widerrufsrecht bei individuell hergestellten Produkten
Gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB besteht das Widerrufsrecht nicht bei Verträgen zur Lieferung von Waren, die nicht vorgefertigt sind und für deren Herstellung eine individuelle Auswahl oder Bestimmung durch den Verbraucher maßgeblich ist oder die eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse des Verbrauchers zugeschnitten sind.

Da alle unsere Produkte erst nach Bestellung individuell für Sie gefertigt werden (Print-on-Demand), ist ein Widerruf oder eine Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.

Bitte beachten Sie dies vor Abschluss Ihrer Bestellung.

As our products are custom-made to your specifications, there is no right of withdrawal.

No right of withdrawal for customized products
According to § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Since all of our products are made individually for you after the order is placed (print-on-demand), returns or cancellations are excluded.

Please take this into account before placing your order.

Étant donné que nos produits sont fabriqués sur commande selon vos spécifications, le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas.

Conformément à l’article 312g, paragraphe 2, point 1 du Code civil allemand (BGB), le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux contrats portant sur la fourniture de biens qui ne sont pas préfabriqués et qui sont fabriqués sur la base d’un choix individuel ou d’une décision du consommateur, ou qui sont clairement personnalisés selon les besoins du consommateur.

Tous nos produits étant réalisés à la demande et sur mesure (impression à la demande), toute annulation ou retour est exclu.

Dado que nuestros productos se fabrican bajo pedido y según sus especificaciones, no se aplica el derecho de desistimiento.

De acuerdo con el artículo 312g, apartado 2, número 1 del Código Civil alemán (BGB), el derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a los contratos de suministro de bienes que no estén prefabricados y cuya fabricación dependa de una elección o decisión individual del consumidor, o que estén claramente personalizados conforme a sus necesidades.

Como todos nuestros productos se producen individualmente tras recibir el pedido (impresión bajo demanda), no se aceptan cancelaciones ni devoluciones.

Tenga esto en cuenta antes de realizar su pedido.

当店の商品はお客様のご要望に応じて個別に製作されるため、返品・キャンセルはできません。

カスタム製品には返品の権利は適用されません
ドイツ民法第312g条第2項第1号に基づき、あらかじめ製造されたものではなく、消費者の個別の選択や指定に基づいて製造される商品、または明らかに個人のニーズに合わせて作られた商品については、返品・キャンセルの権利は適用されません。

当店の商品はすべて、ご注文後に個別に製作される「プリント・オン・デマンド」商品のため、返品やキャンセルには応じかねます。

本店所有产品均为下单后按需个性化生产（按需印刷），因此不接受取消订单或退货。
